After activating the service, you will receive an activation email with the details of access to the server. For servers with Windows OS, you can connect using the RDP protocol (Remote Desktop Connection), for servers with Linux OS, you can connect using ssh protocol (using for example the putty utility).

If you have lost access to your server, then you can go to the control panel of your server by selecting your service in the billing and clicking “Go”. In the window that opens, select your server and click VNC for virtual servers and “Server Settings” for dedicated servers from above.

You have the opportunity to connect to the console, reinstall the server OS and restore all files from the backup. If you are not making backups yet, then write to the technical support service, we are making technical backups of virtual servers, we will try to help you. If this is a dedicated server, we recommend making backups, we don’t have access to the shell. We can offer external storage for data protection.

All our servers are connected to 1 gbps ports. All channels have a utilization of less than 30%

For the “Virtual Server” service type, activation lasts from 1 to 20 minutes, depending on the OS template. For the “Dedicated server” type of services, activation lasts up to 1 hour for servers with automatic issuance and about 3-4 days for servers with individual configuration.

We do not have a test period, but you can pay for the server and if it did not suit you, you can ask for a refund within 24 hours from the date of payment. We remind you that when paying in cryptocurrency, a refund is not possible, seeTerms of Use.

We are prohibited from posting any materials that violate international law. Also prohibited actions include spam, scam, phishing, mask, etc. We are not an abuzo-resistant hosting. For violating the rules, the violators’ servers will be immediately stopped and it will be suggested to solve the problem, in case of repeated violations, the servers will be deleted and the account will be blocked.

No problem. To switch to a different tariff, write a request, we will change the tariff with the setting of a new end date of the period. You can also change the resources of the current server, whether dedicated or virtual. To change the virtual server resources, go to the “Virtual Servers” section in the billing, select your server and click “Edit”. For dedicated servers (if this is not an automatic issue), you can also change the configuration. To do this, write a request with the desired replacement.

Virtual servers after disconnecting for non-payment are in the “Disconnected” state for another 10 days. Dedicated servers for 5 days. After this period, the servers are deleted automatically. If you are late with the payment, inform technical support and specify the expected payment date and we will meet you halfway.
