Definitely. We will help with any problem that is in our area of responsibility. If the problem is in the client’s area of responsibility (for example, help with setting up the OS, network, or any application), you can use a paid administration service.
After activating the service, you will receive an activation email with the details of access to the server. For servers with Windows OS, you can connect using the RDP protocol (Remote Desktop Connection), for servers with Linux OS, you can connect using ssh protocol (using for example the putty utility).
If you have lost access to your server, then you can go to the control panel of your server by selecting your service in the billing and clicking “Go”. In the window that opens, select your server and click VNC for virtual servers and “Server Settings” for dedicated servers from above.
For the “Virtual Server” service type, activation lasts from 1 to 20 minutes, depending on the OS template. For the “Dedicated server” type of services, activation lasts up to 1 hour for servers with automatic issuance and about 3-4 days for servers with individual configuration.
Any service can be ordered by clicking on link. After registration, on the left in the “Products” section, select the service you are interested in and click “Order”. You will be taken to the list of available tariffs. After selecting it, you will go to the shopping cart and then to the payment.
Virtual servers after disconnecting for non-payment are in the “Disconnected” state for another 10 days. Dedicated servers for 5 days. After this period, the servers are deleted automatically. If you are late with the payment, inform technical support and specify the expected payment date and we will meet you halfway.
